The Giem House

Construction has started and we are starting to bring this house back. A fire took the house last year. We are striving to bring back a little that was taken from them as well as making some improvements for the home owners. The home is 1600 square foot with a wrap around porch and gazebo sitting area. The interior features a large center fireplace that starts in the basement and extends all the way to the loft. The walk-out basement features a movie and gaming room and the loft overlooks the main living area.
